ABOUT OUR INSTALLATION SERVICES

We at Primary Technologies have been supporting schools and education since 2005. Since the launch of the online store we have been offering installation of Interactive Whiteboards, Projectors, Interactive Panels and devices. All of the installations are carried out by our company.

We take pride in offering the best possible installation service.  All of our professional installation services are subject to site surveys and are carried out in accordance to BS 8590:2014.

Where an installation service has been requested, please note that it is subject survey and the service may be cancelled if extreme difficulties are encountered. Neither we nor our specialists are obliged to provide any alterations or additional equipment of any kind.

Where the installation height is over 3 metres, or structural works are needed to cater for additional load on walls, an additional quote will be provided for these works. 

What Do You Get When You Order Our Installation Services?

Our Standard Installation option comprises of fitting the wall mount into your desired position, fitting the screen onto the wall mount, installing local audio / connection cabling, if purchased (within 5 metres of the board) and powering up your screen to make sure everything works as it should. 

We will provide a short demonstration to the persons responsible to show the board working correctly. But, not to groups of people.

Delivery (if applicable)

As a consumer you have the ability to select a delivery date which is subject to availability at the time of purchase. Free standard delivery applies to UK mainland only. 

Please note that delivery is only available to addresses within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

All product(s) must be signed for, by an adult (18 years and over) on delivery and you should keep all delivery documentation and receipts provided for future reference.

You should closely inspect the product upon delivery for any cosmetic defect before signing the delivery receipt. Damaged product(s) should not be accepted.

Disposal Of Old Equipment

We do offer a disposal service. We need to know (in advance) what you will be asking us to dispose of. We may instruct a WEE registered carrier to collect on our behalf.
